Fives Landis Corp. - CITCO Tools is seeking a Full-time Braze Tech. 

In this role, the Braze Tech will braze/solder synthetic diamond to tool bodies according to work details and precision tool design specifications. After brazing, each piece will be inspected visually and by using inspection equipment to ensure the quality of the tool meets the customer's print.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare components using sandblasting and flux to braze
• Assemble small components (1/4") using manual hand tools; tweezers, loupe, etc. 
• Use various types of precision inspection equipment
• Utilize the proper tools, equipment, and gauges to maintain
  safety, quality, and production requirements
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other documents
• Manual dexterity is required for operating tools and equipment
• Ability to handle up to 25 pounds required
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT / PPE:

• Safety glasses

• High school diploma or GED
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to details
• Must be able to sit for the entire shift
• Ability to use hands and fingers, handle, feel, and reach with
  hands and arms
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Punctual and strong work ethic
