Description de la mission
To support its growth and its international development, the Fives group is looking for an M&A Intern for a six-month internship starting in July 2022.
The M&A Intern will work on the following missions:
- Support the team during transaction executions (partnerships, sell and buy side)
- Take part to due diligence process (dataroom, Q&A,…)
- Develop market intelligence tools to follow competition (database, presentations,…)
- Participate to business plans modelling and perform valuation
- Identify, analyze and monitor new targets and sectors
- Take part to meetings with Fives’ top management
Profil
Qualifications, experience, and competencies required:
- Top business or engineering school with strong academic performance
- Excellent computer skills (Excel / PowerPoint)
- First experience in a big consulting firm, private equity fund, Big four, or an investment bank is a plus
- Very good understanding of corporate finance
- Fluent in French and English
