Directly reporting to the Service Europe BU Leader, he/she will be the point of reference of one of the main customer of our Company, at European level.
He/she will be responsible to achieve yearly budget volume of business, defined jointly with Business Leader, based on corporate directives.
He/she will:
· Prepare the commercial /technical offer and Macro Timing in cooperation with the Service Project Team
· Manage autonomously the relation with customer and will carry on the negotiation phase to achieve customer satisfaction keeping margin targets
· Coordinate different resources coming from different Dpt. in order to prepare the best proposal solution taking into account customer requirements and constraints
· Plan the strategies for developing the business with customer, taking into considerations our product evolutions and feedback from existing customer plants (optimizations/retrofit)
· Develop close relationship with the customer through frequent visits and presence at customer sites
· Evaluate and collect by survey (formal written doc) customer satisfaction
Education and Experiences
To cover this role, we are looking for candidates with:
§ At least 5 years of experience in technical sales in multicultural environments and a knowledge of automation solutions (sorting technologies or similar will be a plus)
§ Base marketing pillars as well as negotiation skills
§ Service attitude to the customer (can-do attitude)
§ A very good command of English language (essential)
The ideal candidate must have a university degree; a second foreign language is not required, but appreciated.
This role requires a willingness to travel for about 50% of the working time (mainly in France and Italy)
We are open to consider also candidates with other type of Project Management/technical experience.
