Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior HR Manager promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; directing staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops organization HR strategies to support the business strategy and attract, develop, engage and retain the talent required to meet and exceed organizational objectives and customer requirements.
2. Consistently leading and supporting strategic initiatives by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives and business plan.
3. Acts as a champion for organizational change aligning with organizational objectives.
4. Responsible for executing key HR initiatives and managing key Fives HR programs including leadership assessment and succession planning (CEDRE), talent acquisition planning, recruitment and selection, employee onboarding programs, performance management (Annual Performance Appraisal), Strategic Workforce Planning, individual development planning, training plans, employee records management and compensation and benefits administration.
5. Manages human resources operations by developing recruiting local strategy, applying group/region employer brand management strategy, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; administering compensation; determining production, productivity, quality and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
6. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
7. Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
8. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
9. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization. Supports managers in the annual development of training plans for all employees. Tracks and reports achievement of training plan completion on a quarterly and annual basis as required. Participates in the development of training content in the Group training platform within Fives&Me. Education and Experiences
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and at least 10 years’ human resources experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ in a managerial role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
