This is for Spring 2024 Co-ops only.
The engineering co-op will have hands on experience working directly with the engineering and manufacturing staff. The projects you work on will be real and contribute to the engineering department. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in hands-on application of design principles.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: All duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Working on assigned projects within our CAD and engineering department including:
- Training on Creo 3D CAD software and Fives North American drawing and modeling standards.
- Applying training to Continuous improvement and value engineering product design work.
- Some work instructions for the manufacturing of our products.
- Study of our manufacturing process and Kaizening the process.
Education and Experiences
A student at an accredited college, studying Engineering or an Engineering Technology degree.
