This internship is for the Spring 2022 Semester. The Marketing Intern is responsible for helping the Marketing Specialist complete tasks such as preparing content for social media and promotional marketing, planning of seminars, and product branding updates. The internship will offer a hands on learning experience and an opportunity to work with a global company.
Duties/Responsibilities/Projects: All duties and responsibilities are essential functions of the position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Update and develop an editorial calendar to schedule social media, marketing, and promotional content (AIDA):
- Translate the editorial calendar onto Hootsuite weekly/monthly to schedule automated posts based on research of the best times/days to release social media posts.
- Analyze and create reports on FivesNA and NACS Linked post data and page data
- Help in development and creation of promotional content:
- Employee Spotlights
- Internal & External Communication of new content
- Social Media Posts
- Help with the organization and planning of combustion seminars:
- Preparing learning materials & handouts
- Updating
- Following up with customer information requests
- Product Branding/Nameplate updates:
- Work with product managers to update product nameplates and branding, based off product prioritization & inventory needs

Education and Experiences
- Junior or Senior studying marketing or related degree at an accredited university
- 2.9 cumulative GPA or higher
