1  / Contract Review, Negotiation :

-         Draft, Pre-review, negotiate a wide variety of assigned commercial agreements with Chinese customers, distributors and suppliers, third party, etc;

-         Assist China Legal counsel in negotiation of contracts for Fives China business divisions when necessary;

-         Assist in project execution from a contract perspective as well as on general legal related issues;

-         Agreement or contract translation when necessary;

2 /  Litigation & Arbitration Support

-         Assist China Legal Counsel in documents/proof collection upon litigation, pre-litigation, arbitration and investigation matters;

-         Build up good connection with external law firm or third party.

3/ Legal training/Directives support:

-         Assist China Legal Counsel to deliver legal training to Fives China divisions when necessary

-         Assist in Fives Legal directives execution

4/ Administration support:

-         Company stamp management

-         Insurance related matters assistance

·           A Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable law school. Lawyer Certificate holder for at least 3 years;

·           3-5 years post qualification experience in an international legal department or law firm.

·           Passionate and hands-on, familiar with relevant laws and regulations in China;

·           Good communication & team work;

·           Strong analytical and drafting skills with proficiency in both written & oral English;
