Fives Landis Limited is pleased to announce the following Apprenticeship opportunity:

Information Technology (Digital Support Technician)

 The apprenticeship will involve providing support to internal users for our SAP applications including the following:

 Frontline Helpdesk:

  • Replying to user requests for information and assisting with SAP related problem resolution.
  • Recognizing and initiating solutions to user problems and concerns associated with all SAP applications

Development Team Support:

  • Assisting the current development team with testing and documenting new applications.
  • Providing high quality support documentation for standard SAP and custom applications.
  • Assisting with roll out of internally developed applications including demonstrations, end user training and ongoing support.

Education and Experiences

Required Skills:

 

  • Good technical knowledge.
  • An ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • A good business understanding.
