· Work requirement:
- Installation check
- Pre-commissioning
- Commissioning work
· List of equipment’s:
- HGG (hot gas generators), oil fired, gas fired, coal fired.
- Coal handling system.
- Start-up burners.
- TFH unit (Thermic fluid heater)
- Kiln Burners (coal fired, oil fired, gas ffired, alternate fuel fired)
- Boiler burners (load burners), Gas fired, oil fired.
- Fuel handling system (skid, fuel tank, PHF unit)
- BMS and control panel.
· Documents needs to be prepared:
- Site work as per check list.
- Collection of site operational data.
- Comparison with design data
- Evaluate problems at site and feedback to engineering team.
- Trouble shooting and report generation.
- Detail report preparation (based on site work and site data).
- Completion feedback form and completion certificate.
Education and Experiences
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Commissioning of Heavy Equipment's
· Minimum of 6 years’ experience in engineering with EPC / EPCM contractors or Operation & Maintenance in the Chemical or Cement Industry / Power Plant
· Experience in managing projects to a successful conclusion
· Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities and capable to work under tight deadlines.
· Familiarity with process controls and strategy
· Ability to work well with others and lead by example
· Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCAD
· Good communication skills with clients and employees
Qualifications:
· BE/B.Tech – Mechanical– with recognized institute/university.
