We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our capital projects.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee complex industrial capital projects requiring dedicated project management expertise. This individual will serve as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful execution of technical and commercial objectives throughout the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage project teams with responsibility for successful execution from project initiation through closeout.
  • Provide strategic planning, risk assessment, prioritization, and direction to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules, including milestone tracking and critical path management.
  • Manage project contracts, scope, budgets, and commercial requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor engineering and design progress through manpower planning and project tracking tools.
  • Conduct regular internal project meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead customer-facing design and engineering review meetings; document and communicate action items to project teams.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including material requisitions, purchase orders, logistics, and shipping coordination.
  • Foster strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Report project status, risks, schedule updates, and financial performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience involving industrial, chemical, or mechanical processes.
  • Experience with contract management, budget oversight, and international business operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong financial, budgeting, estimating, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound project-related decisions.

Preferred:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and SAP (SAPHIR).
  • Experience working within industrial manufacturing, steel processing, metals, chemical processing, or EPC/project-based environments.
