Position Overview
Oversee the strategic, commercial, operational, and financial leadership of FST (Surface Treatment Technology Center) and FSA (Execution & Service Center) ensuring profitability, compliance, and growth in global markets, primarily the downstream metals industry.
Key Responsibilities
FST – Surface Treatment (Technology Center)

Develop and execute business strategies to market surface treatment solutions globally.

Support complete line offers within the Steel & Glass Division.

Balance operational risks with commercial competitiveness.

Ensure successful project execution focused on customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance.

Lead and develop a high-performing team with technical and project management expertise.

Oversee legal claims, compliance, and reporting to upper management.

Represent the entity in internal and external steering committee meetings.
FSA – Execution & Service Center

Manage administrative and legal aspects of U.S. commercial operations, including sales, services, supply chain, project & site management, and finance/HR.

Recruit and manage local resources for operational needs.

Ensure compliance with financial processes, invoicing, and contract guarantees for intercompany and customer sales.

Oversee legal matters, contract execution, and corporate governance.
Requirements

Proven experience in general management, business operations, or executive leadership within the steel or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Strong knowledge of surface treatment technologies and metals industry processes.

Expertise in business strategy, P&L management, and global operations.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
