Fives Combustion System India. is actively seeking an Sr Engineer – Process Technical to join its teams in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Fives Combustion System (FCS), Baroda is part of Fives Pillard (Fives Group) engaged in Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing and commissioning of various types of Burner equipment and combustion Systems, involving almost all types of fuels. FCS equipment provide optimum performance meeting all the needs in the field of Co- generation and Combined Cycle Plants, Incineration, Pyro-processing, Utility and Industrial Boilers, refinery and Petrochemicals Industries, Fertiliser and Agrochemical Industries as well as other Process Industries. FCS have also established a manufacturing Facility at Padra - Jambusar Highway, Dabhasa, Baroda

We are currently seeking an Sr. Engineer – Process Technical who has the same desire to prove that “industry can do it!”
At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

Responsibilities:
•The detailed process design of the Burner system package to the commercial and execution team.
•Preparation of P&I with all process parameters, instruments, and line numbers.
•The burner design included a selection of the correct burner suit for the client’s application i.e. for boiler, fired heater, said emission guarantee, heat release, and selection of other ancillary equipment like a pump, flow meter, control valve, SSOV, sizing of Day oil tank, air blower, etc. over the complete lifetime of our installed equipment
•To perform the heat and mass balance calculation, prepare PFD, and set technical specifications for a critical buyout.
•Review of client specification (from OEM) for selection of instruments and to freeze the basic scheme of burner package.
•Well, converse with NFPA requirements.
Other Essential Functions:
•Process design experience with other heat transfer equipment like thermal oxidation systems.
•Experience working with combustion equipment.
•Process design experience with burners for process heaters or industrial boiler packages.
•Experience with working directly with international customers and suppliers.
•Candidate must have sound engineering fundamentals and system design ability to optimize design as per relevant international codes.
•Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
•Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style and commitment to getting the job done.
•To be a mentor to junior staff, promoting Continual Professional Development activities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•2 to 5 years of experience in product design specific to customer projects or equivalent work experience
•Chemical Engineering education background
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Strong adherence to compliance
•Available to travel for technical discussion / KOM with the client as and when required.

Qualifications:
•BE/B.Tech – Chemical – with a recognized institute/university.
