Fives Lund LLC is actively seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

We are currently seeking an Operation Specialist, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! This assignment is expected to last for a period of nine months and exists to assist engineering projects by providing support to the procurement, manufacturing and administrative teams.

 

At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. This role:

  • Performs regular data entry
  • Signs for incoming deliveries
  • Assesses items for damage
  • Audits packing slip for accuracy and submits to accounting
  • Enters item receipts into software system(s)
  • Organizes items by project
  • Check things in/out of inventory and assists with overall inventory management
  • Assists engineers and shop technicians as needed

We are seeking someone with a GED/HS Diploma, and 2 years of experience in logistics/data entry.

 

If you have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication, we are eager to change the world with you!

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.42-$28.40 per hour, depending upon qualifications.

Schedule/Term: The anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm for a period of nine months.
