Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team on a 12-month contract.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support various financial and administrative functions while gaining valuable exposure to an international and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Position Overview:
Learning & Development Opportunities
This internship provides exposure to the full finance function in a complex and international business environment. You will have the opportunity to:
• Work with experienced finance professionals and gain mentorship
• Understand core financial processes and systems, including ERP and procurement platforms
• Observe and contribute to the preparation of management accounts and financial controls
• Learn how to support financial monitoring for projects and business units
• Gain exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, with potential involvement in dashboard creation and monitoring
Accountabilities: Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team in the following areas:
1. General Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
• Responsible for the processing and recording of both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding of invoices in the accounting systems (e.g., SAP Business One, ARIBA)
• Support the reconciliation of transactions and follow-up on outstanding items
• Assist with intercompany billing and documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of financial records (physical and digital)
2. Administrative and Operational Finance Tasks
• Perform general administrative tasks, including document archiving and data entry
• Support day-to-day finance operations such as petty cash and credit card reconciliations
• Monitor and manage routine finance logistics including stationery usage, contract summaries, and exchange rate updates
3. Project & System Support
• Assist with financial administration of projects, including document control and reconciliation of purchase orders
• Support finance-related workflows in ERP platforms (SAP Business One, ARIBA)
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Contribute to periodic financial tracking and updates (e.g., weekly turnover tracker)
• Assist in ad hoc reporting and basic financial analysis
• Provide support in monitoring or updating dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI), under the guidance of the finance team
• Potential involvement in project-related financial reviews and cost variance tracking
Relevant Experience:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ARIBA) or Power BI is an advantage, but not required
