Surface Grinder Operator

 

We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a high-quality, clean, and supportive shop environment.

What you’ll do

 

  • Operate Grinding machinery: Use grinding machines to shape metal materials according to exact specifications.
  • Apply a keen eye for precision: Inspect parts using optical comparators to ensure top-notch accuracy.
  • Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

What you need

 

  • Mechanical mindset – you understand how things work and enjoy figuring them out
  • Comfortable using tools and working on a variety of sizes of tools, including small, high-precision parts
  • Steady hands and good manual dexterity
  • Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
  • Production shop experience is a plus
  • Mathematically inclined
  • Willing to learn

Location: Concord Twp., Ohio (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. and Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00am- 3:30pm| or 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Some Overtime Available

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential
