Job Opportunity: Manufacturing & Laser Equipment Operator | Fives Landis Corp (CITCO Tools)

Location: Concord Twp., Ohio (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. and the Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

 

Are you the kind of person who enjoys working with your hands, has a knack for detail, and likes seeing a project through from start to finish? Whether you're crafty, mechanically curious, or just looking to break into a hands-on role where you can grow—we’d love to train you!

We're looking for a motivated, creative-minded individual to join our team and learn the ropes of operating laser marking systems and support our production process.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate Laser Equipment: Learn how to set up and run laser marking machines—don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything!
  • Focus on the Finer Things: Keep a sharp eye on quality and make sure every product meets spec.
  • Stay Organized: Help manage inventory, track shipments, and keep things flowing smoothly.
  • Be a Team Player: Jump in on other tasks like polishing, prepping shipments, and supporting production where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you’ve got the right mindset, we’ve got the tools and training to get you started.

  • You're hands-on and like working with tools or crafting things.
  • You’ve got mechanical or mathematical aptitude (even from hobbies!).
  • You’re detail-oriented and like getting things just right.
  • You can handle being on your feet or at a workstation during your shift.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in manufacturing or shipping/receiving—but not required!
