Key Responsibilities

  • Work with High-Tech Materials: Manually grind synthetic diamond components to exact specs.
  • Use Your Eye for Detail: Inspect parts using optical comparators to ensure top-notch accuracy.
  • Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical mindset – you understand how things work and enjoy figuring them out
  • Comfortable using tools and working on small, high-precision parts
  • Steady hands and good manual dexterity
  • Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
  • Production shop experience is a plus — but not required
  • Willing to learn – we provide on-the-job training

Schedule & Compensation

 

  • Ability to commute: 7605 Discovery Lane, Concord Twp., Ohio 44077

  • Schedule: 8–10-hour shift

  • Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00am- 3:30pm| or 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Some Overtime Available

  • Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential
