Our local division, the Cleveland Industrial Tool Company (CITCO), has been a pioneering manufacturer of high-precision diamond and CBN cutting tools since 1939. Our tools are essential in producing medical devices, energy solutions, and transportation technologies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manual Machine Operator at CITCO Tools, you will:

  • Set-up and Operate: Manually grind synthetic diamond material following precise specifications.
  • Inspect and Ensure Quality: Use an optical comparator to verify that each tool meets customer standards.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold safety, quality, and production requirements.

Qualifications

  • On-the-job training provided

  • Familiar with working in a production shop setting is a plus

  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined

  • Ability to work with small and tight tolerance parts

  • Manual dexterity is required for operating tools and equipment

  • Must be physically able to operate required equipment

  • Prolonged periods of standing required

  • Ability to commute: 7605 Discovery Lane, Concord Twp., Ohio 44077

  • Schedule: 8–10-hour shift

  • 2nd shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00am

  • Some overtime available

  • Pay scale based on experience

  • Shift differential applies
