POSITION OVERVIEW: Braze Tech
As a Braze Tech at CITCO Tools, you will:
- Braze/solder synthetic diamonds to tool bodies.
- Inspect and Ensure Quality: Verify that each tool meets customer standards.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold safety, quality, and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual production: Prepare components including sandblasting, assembling tooling by utilizing manual hand tools, and finishing product.
- Organization and Time Management: Maintain organized work area while producing orders, ensuring orders are completed and finalized in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail and Quality Control: Ensure product quality meets customer specifications while documenting production totals and identifying errors.
- Safety and Cleanliness Standards: Commitment to safety and production requirements while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Familiar with working in a production shop setting
- Mathematically and mechanically inclined
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work with small and tight tolerance parts
- Manual dexterity is required for operating tools and equipment
- Must be physically able to operate the required equipment
- Prolonged periods of sitting & standing required
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- On-the-job training provided

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to type and handle paperwork and office tools.
- Clear speaking ability and good hearing for effective communication.

- Ability to commute: 7605 Discovery Lane, Concord Twp. , Ohio 44077
- Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts
- 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Some overtime available
- Pay scale based on experience
