Fives is actively seeking a Services Key Account Manager to join its Aluminium team in Oslo, on a permanent contract.

 

Fives Aluminium, with over 700 employees, is a world leader in the market for equipment for primary aluminum production and carries out most of its activity in aluminum smelters. Its offering, which includes a wide range of products and services, spans from design and manufacturing to logistics and on-site installation, to support its customers at every stage of their projects and throughout the entire life cycle of their equipment.

Within the Fives Aluminum Division, you will join the European Front Office team under the direction of Fives Neatec Company based in Oslo.

 

 

Key accountabilities & Responsabilities

  • Contribute to the development of local/regional business development strategies and budgeted sales plans, with the aim of growing business for assigned products and services across the region
  • Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities, manage accounts and conduct negotiations as required with clients to meet growth/sales objectives.
  • Collect market intelligence by conducting customer research, analyzing market conditions, analyzing competitor data and recommending/implementing changes to the sales approach as needed to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Act as the main focal point of contact for assigned customers for all sales/after sales related matters including but not limited to responding to customer enquiries including technical, addressing and processing customer requests.
  • Key contact of the Back Offices experts on technical and sales topics based in France
  • Support the development and execution of sales events, client meetings and client presentations and enhance awareness and knowledge of Fives products/services to generate sales and drive business growth across the region

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Engineering or/and technical background
  • Relevant Sales experience
  • Knowledge of project engineering practises and application
  • You enjoy working on industrial site and performing operationnal tasks
  • CRM proficiency
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
