Job Content

We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative with experience in aftermarket sales, technical sales support, or industrial equipment environments to support our growing aftermarket business.

In this role, you will assist with the aftermarket quoting process, customer communication, and order coordination to ensure fast response times and a high level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotation documentation including drawing packages, cost sheets, and supporting materials.

  • Generate proposals using company templates and SAP.

  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and operations teams to gather technical and pricing information.

  • Support efforts to reduce quote turnaround time and improve quoting efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary contact for select aftermarket customers.

  • Provide timely updates regarding quotes, orders, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure customer requirements related to cost, quality, and delivery are met.

  • Monitor open orders and communicate any issues affecting schedule or delivery.

 

At Fives BRONX, and under the direction of the Aftermarket Manager, you will join a collaborative team focused on delivering responsive and high-quality aftermarket support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or capital equipment environments.

  • Preferred: Experience supporting quotes, proposals, or parts sales for industrial or capital equipment.
