We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to fill the role of Corporate Training and Development Manager. This role will be heavily involved in Employee Development. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving initiatives that contribute to the professional growth and success of our workforce.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and update training programs that address the learning needs of employees across different departments.
  2. Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including in-person workshops, virtual training, and e-learning platforms.
  3. Mentorship Programs: Facilitate and support mentorship programs to foster knowledge transfer and professional growth within the organization.
  4. Performance Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to employees to enhance performance, address challenges, and achieve personal and professional goals.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication of key messages related to training and development.
  6. Feedback and Evaluation: Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of development and training programs and gather insights for continuous improvement.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in both employee development and corporate training roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  5. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and preferences.
  6. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and development tools.
  7. Certification in coaching, employee development, or training is a plus.
