POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting process by providing administrative, sourcing, and candidate experience support. This position partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a seamless hiring process from requisition approval through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Recruiting Coordination

  • Review and maintain applications and resumes.
  • Conduct first-level debrief conversations following hiring manager phone screens.
  • Schedule each stage of the interview process and hiring team debrief meetings.
  • Send assessment tools (such as Caliper assessments) to candidates and distribute results to interview teams.
  • Coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional interview teams.
  • Record and document interview feedback and discussion points during panel debrief sessions.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements for onsite interviews when required.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Search for and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and recruitment via LinkedIn messaging.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

 

Job Posting & Requisition Management

  • Create, post, and update job openings within SuccessFactors (TSM).
  • Manage and track requisitions through the internal approval process.
  • Maintain accurate job posting content and ensure postings align with recruitment priorities.
  • Post internship and co-op opportunities on university platforms such as Cardinal Careers and Handshake.

Offer & Pre-Employment Administration

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, benefit information, and offer packages.
  • Coordinate offer approval and acceptance workflows.
  • Schedule and monitor background checks and pre-employment drug screenings.

University Relations & Recruitment Events

  • Register for career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in university recruiting initiatives and campus outreach activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
