POSITION SUMMARY:
Fives designs and supplies world-class material handling and sorting solutions for the Intralogistics sector to serve global leaders in the shipping industry such as Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL. The Group and its Intralogistics dedicated teams - around 500 people in France, Italy, China, Japan, Korea, and the United States - automate internal logistics streams for postal and courier companies, distribution centers, and baggage handling systems. As we continue to grow to meet the demands of this rapidly growing market segment, we are seeking a Quality Inspector to help us continue to grow and ensure quality improvements
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring process and product quality for both inbound receipts and outbound shipment. The Quality Inspector will be coordinating and performing inspections to ensure vendor quality is consistent with Fives quality expectations. This person will be working with production team to ensure outbound assembly are within Fives specification and shipped with consistent, measurable quality.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support all functions within the Quality Systems department.
- Develop and maintain documentation in QT9.
- Provide Firstline support for QMS users.
- Assist with the Internal Audit program.
- Assist users with navigation, record creation, attachments, and workflow routing.
- Check system dashboards for overdue tasks, workflow errors, or stuck records.
- Schedule meetings and events for the Quality Systems department.
- Escalate system issues to the Quality Systems Director
- Track recurring issues and propose improvements

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and relevant industry standard practices is desirable
- Proactive in identifying issues and raising concerns to the right management level
- Exposure to MRP and ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Proven ability in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is at the office environment assembly production shop. The split is 90% in the office and 10% assembly shop.

TRAVEL:
This position requires limited business travel by airplane, car, and/or train and public transportation. International travel is also anticipated. The candidate must be capable of completing airplane trips of 10 or more hours. Overnight travel is estimated as 5% of the time.
