POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This position is responsible for supporting project execution by coordinating schedules, logistics, and cross-functional activities. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers to develop and track project schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with project specifications, and support the timely delivery of project milestones. This role also serves as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customer sites to facilitate effective communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serves as a key liaison between project managers, engineering, vendors, and customer sites to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
  2. Assists Project Managers in developing and maintaining work plans for each phase of a project.
  3. Supports procurement, logistics management, shipping status, and delivery tracking.
  4. Tracks open issues, risks and action items.
  5. Maintains project submittal documentation (drawings, RFIs, change logs, etc.)
  6. Supports coordination of project personnel activities to help ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  7. Reviews status reports and supports updates to schedules or plans as required.
  8. Prepares project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders.
  9. Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting notes and action items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Education and/or Experience
  • 3 years project-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project), scheduling tools (Gantt charts), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using and obtaining reports from SAP ERP

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and tracking tools.
