Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, multi-talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a solid foundation in graphic and visual design who is eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute across all areas of marketing. From campaign execution and data analysis to content creation and web updates, you’ll help drive brand awareness and support revenue growth through a wide range of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials (digital and print) that align with brand guidelines
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, web)
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results
- Manage and update website content using a CMS; support basic HTML/CSS tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
- Create and edit content for email, web, and social with a focus on clarity, SEO, and audience engagement
- Leverage HubSpot for campaign automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Support trade shows, customer events, and internal initiatives as needed
- Maintain marketing assets and promotional inventory
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Comfortable with web tools, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS
- Clear, concise communicator with solid copywriting and editing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities
- Team player with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude
- Social media content creation and management
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
- Video editing or production experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and processes
