Job Responsibilities

Accounting:

  1. Be in charge of the accuracy and timeliness of bookkeeping, monthly VAT invoicing,  VAT return and other accounting matter.
  2. Review all payment requests to ensure the payment amount and date are aligned with the contract.
  3. Work with external audit people.  

Cost Control:

  1. new contract register; project cost and revised Project budget follow up
  2. Co-lead the monthly financial review of the projects
  3. Check monthly employee timesheet and calculate service fee
  4. Maintain database in CO mode of SAP

Reporting:

  1. In charge of monthly expenses analysis, cash flow forecast and global reports ( different exchange currency )
  2. Be responsible for quarterly and yearly closing as well as annual budget revised 3 times a year
  3. In charge of the quarterly reporting to the Group within BFC system
  4. Project profitability and other analysis assigned by GM.

Job Requirement​​​​​​​

  • Solid accounting and cost control knowledge
  • Experience with SAP; Familiar with MS office, especially Excel
  • Good skill of learning and communication
  • Good team work ability.
  • Long- term stability of work
  • Honest; ability to work well independently, efficiently and meet deadline.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
