Sales Account Manager

Responsible for all aspects of business dealings with customers; ensuring their satisfaction and communicating all relative information between the customer and Fives Cinetic Corp.  Responsible for providing sales coverage and developing best possible market penetration for all Fives Cinetic Corp products.  Expand and maintain existing accounts through management of customers and agents (if applicable), in accordance with Company’s policies and programs.  Offer sales and technical knowledge to all customers and agents (if applicable) while ensuring customer satisfaction and orders comply with company guidelines for profitability.  Voice of the customer to FCC Management and voice of FCC to the customer.

• Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions to sell value by utilizing all company resources available.
• Construct, recommend, and deliver customer equipment perspectives to the proposal department for preparing quotations.
• Direct, coordinate, and interface with the customer quotations that meet their specifications with the assistance of the Proposal Department.
• Develop and maintain an accurate client customer base list with scheduled plant visits.
• Develop individual sales strategy for each account in the designated territory to optimize bookings.
• Interface with Program Managers to ensure customers’ equipment/simultaneous engineering is properly delivered, runoff, and meets customers’ expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or university
• 10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and execute technical sales presentations.
• Experience in statistical techniques and SPC.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills (i.e., MS Office, ACAD, Windows, Outlook).

• Full time, 5 days per week. 
• Travel as required.
• Travel and entertainment should be expected and can occur outside of core business hours
