Job Summary / Objective

Responsible for assisting all departments in product specific decision-making related to Washer business and growth. Must have customer relations skills and ability to build and maintain business relations with clientele.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

  1. Benchmarks competition latest designs and communicate findings to the organization.
  2. Responsible for market research activities by identifying trendsetter ideas through events, publications, and announcements.
  3. Identify and budget future development programs.
  4. Establish and maintain metrics for continuous improvement.
  5. Support Sales team during customer presentations.

 

Education, Training and Experience

  1. Knowledge of Manufacturing
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
  3. 10+ years’ experience preferred in engineering, or technical support in the washer industry.
  4. Proficient in MS Office Suites
  5. Verbal and written communication skills
  6. Ability to effectively present information to all levels of personnel within company.

Position Type, Expected Work Hours and Travel

Full-Time/Regular

Travel (up to 20%) to customer facilities, industry events or partner companies.
