Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

 

Hours- Monday-Friday 8-4:30p

Pay- $18-$23 (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

 

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

 

 

  • Serve as the primary customer contact by handling order entry, quote requests, shipment coordination, and order expediting to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

 

  • Deliver professional, timely support to customers and visitors by managing incoming calls, walkins, and communication with internal teams.

 

  • Prepare accurate quotes and oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring correct pricing, product details, quantities, and shipping requirements.

 

  • Utilize SAP to process customer and distributor orders accurately while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and crossfunctional internal partners.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of a High School diploma, 2-4 years of customer service experience, manufacturing industry experience a plus.  Experience with Microsoft Suite products. Working knowledge of SAP preferred.  If you thrive on resolving issues and assisting customers, then we are eager to change the world with you!
