Exciting Opportunity: Global Controller

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, global environment? We're looking for an experienced financial leader to join our team as a Global Controller—a role that offers the chance to influence key business decisions, drive financial strategies, and shape the future of our company.

In this pivotal position, you'll oversee the financial heartbeat of our organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Your leadership will guide our financial operations across multiple locations, including Cleveland, France, Spain, Netherlands and Canada, as you collaborate with senior leadership to provide critical insights and fuel business growth.

  • Lead Financial Strategy: Drive budgeting and forecasting processes to align with our company’s ambitious goals.
  • Oversee Operations: Manage cash flow, accounting, and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across locations.
  • Enhance Reporting: Take charge of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and precise financial reports.
  • Drive Insights: Analyze financial performance, collaborate with leadership, and make data-driven recommendations that impact business decisions.
  • Champion Efficiency: Continuously seek out and implement process improvements that optimize our financial reporting and business processes.
  • Foster Growth: Mentor and inspire your accounting team, helping them reach their full potential while fostering collaboration.

 

If this is you, come join us!

  • A seasoned financial expert with 10+ years of experience in progressive financial roles, particularly in manufacturing.
  • Expertise cost accounting, financial modeling, and trend analysis.
  • Tech-savvy, with expertise in ERP systems—SAP experience is a plus!
  • An experienced leader with a deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, ready to ensure compliance and guide audits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • A Master’s degree is a plus!
