  5. Understanding & troubleshooting of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuits
  6. Preferably, Hands on experience on Aluminium smelter equipment’s (PTM, GAP, Rodding Shop Maintenance)
  7. Basic understanding & execution of various maintenance philosophies
  8. Mechanical Machinery overhauling
  9. Assessing risk associated with site activities & preparing detailed HIRADEC
  10. Experience in development of maintenance strategy for rotating equipment and reliability improvement plans, SOPs to maintain and operate Electrical & Instrumentation systems
  11. Experience in Root cause analysis of equipment failures like FMEA, RCA

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To carry out maintenance services and site project erection/commissioning.
  2. Site project management.
  3. To conduct on site audit for equipments and provide recommendation for better performance of the equipments
  4. To be able to handle refurbishment activities.
  5. To provide Technical Support to customers for Products
  6. On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls
  7. Visiting client sites and performing upgrades, tests, and diagnostics
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and equipment conditions. Provide detailed reports on maintenance progress and system health.
  9. Availability to travel
  10. Manage time on-site to meet project expectations. This may include re-organizing tasks to meet site conditions
  11. Function in accordance with Fives safety standards
  12. Supporting external and internal sales opportunities
