Job Description

Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following area - Primary:

 

  • In depth knowledge of Technical and Commercial
  • Project execution.
  • Resource forecasting for the site
  • Close Monitoring of Financial budget & Project Schedules
  • Excellent communication skill with all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with all functional departments, Site contractors for smooth execution of the project.
  • Monitor the Project schedule and forecast delays if any (both financial / Physical progress).
  • Review /Monitor Project Schedules (L2 and L3 in case of site) and Cost & time variance against the approved/base plan/budget.
  • Site & contractor Management for the site execution.
  • Completing & Closure of the Project

 

Applicant should have direct & required experience in the following area - Secondary:

 

  • Ensure delivery of international Quality product.
  • Ensure proper information sharing within the group and keep the confidential data.
  • Development of new strategy & methods and systems for cost optimization.
  • Forecast & ensure execution within Man Hour Budget
