Skill Set

  • 1–2-year experience in spare order Handling/project execution
  • Good English communication skills (English, Tamil and Hindi)
  • Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Power point)
  • Team player and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently

Job Responsibility

  • Handle Internal/Customer queries and Complaints in professional Manner
  • Prepare MIS report and commercial documentation
  • Intercompany import document coordination
  • Logistic Planning
  • Manage sales order delivery commitment through SAP/ERP
  • Payment follow up support and prepare weekly/Monthly order execution MIS and analytical report
