Educational Qualification: BE Mechanical

Work Experience: 6 to 8 years

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Roles & Responsibilities:
Applicant should have experience in the following area:
1. Should be versatile and good understanding of cad drawings, sketches and assembly instructions.
2. Should have hands on work experience in milling, machining, cutting, welding, grinding, fabrication of steels, aluminium and others.
3. Having sound experience on Machine Assembly, Manufacturing and Tool Room of machines.
4. Should have knowledge of CNC turning, VMC, Milling, HMC, HBM, Drilling & SPM Machines,
5. Should have an experience in tooling & tool repair operations
6. Ensuring that Manufacturing operations are carried out smoothly with optimum utilization of Man-Power, Machinery & Plant, Tooling and Instrumentation. Job scheduling, progress monitoring and team management skill is necessary.
7. Implantation of LEAN concepts along the value chain and focusing on continuous improvement in reducing the losses
8. Should guide, train, supervise and manage the workshop activities
9. SAP Knowledge is an added advantage
10. 5S, Kaizan, KANBAN,7QC Tool, Poka yoke knowledge preferable.
11. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Fabrication & machining).
12. Knowledge of WPS, PQR and NDT testing procedure.
13. Knowledge of surface preparation & Painting.
14. Knowledge of machining symbols.
15. Knowledge about materials & standards.
