North American Construction Services, Ltd. is hiring a full-time Operations and Equipment Administrator to join our team in Pinson/Birmingham, AL.

At Fives, we all have a part to play in achieving our common mission. Your role will be:
- Manage the Tool and Equipment department, including training and understanding of all Tool and equipment job functions, processes, procedures, and requirements.
- Perform / Assist with all monthly, quarterly, and routine inspections and documentation for fire extinguishers, first aid kits, ladders, harnesses, lifting equipment, power tools, cords, and hoses.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, copying drawings, etc.
- Assist with Material takeoffs, preparing job documents, purchase lists, packing lists, and job information packets, Detailing and nesting parts via Autocad and Pronest, data collection, assembly lists, travelers, etc.
- Assist with the creation of Quality documents
- Assist with writing processes, procedures, capital expenditure requests
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Assisting with project management by tracking progress, data collection, and reporting issues.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Considerable knowledge of tools, equipment maintenance, and standard practices of the trade
- Ability to work in an industrial environment, indoors, outdoors, in a warehouse, hot and cold weather.
- Experience working with blueprints or drafting software.
- Must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, team player, respectful, honest, willing to learn, and open to change.
