Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts and Market Development – EMEA to drive pipeline and lead generation growth mainly across Israel, the UK, Spain, and BENELUX.
This is a high-impact role responsible for developing strategic relationships with key industry logistics operators, as well as generating qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
The role focuses on early engagement, door opening, and pipeline creation, rather than direct deal closing. The position requires a highly independent professional with deep knowledge of the intralogistics and warehouse automation ecosystem and an established network within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Opportunity Generation

Identify new automation opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and logistics sectors.

Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified opportunities across EMEA markets.

Initiate early-stage discussions and generate strategic meetings for the sales team.

Engage closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a full utilization of the market and leads potential
Strategic Account Development
- Develop relationships with major global, enterprise multi-national logistics operators.
Responsibilities include:

establishing senior-level relationships both on corporate and local levels

identifying upcoming warehouse automation initiatives
-
positioning the company’s technology early in project planning cycles
-
coordinating internally to pursue strategic opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with key players in the intralogistics ecosystem, including:

warehouse automation consultants
-
logistics planners
-
technological parters
-
system integrators
Market Development
-
Monitor developments in the warehouse automation and logistics infrastructure markets.

Identify new warehouse construction projects and automation initiatives.

Track competitors and industry trends.
CRM & Opportunity Tracking

Maintain visibility of pipeline and strategic opportunities in the CRM system.

Provide regular updates on partnership development and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- MUST - Strong experience in the intralogistics automation or contract logistics industry or closely related sectors such as:

warehouse automation
-
material handling systems
-
supply chain technology
-
robotics for logistics
-
3PL, supply chain management
-
Demonstrated experience engaging with large logistics operators and system integrators.

7-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic accounts.
Languages

Fluent English required.

Additional European languages – advantage.
