Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our server-side development team. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain backend systems that power our robotic and logistics platforms. This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career developer to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend components in Java, Python and Kotlin
- Develop APIs and services to support robotic systems and cloud-based applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with team members on code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving
- Work with SQL databases for data modeling, queries, and optimizations
- Participate in testing, debugging, and improving software quality
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from University.
- At least four years of experience in backend programing/server side.
- Solid programming skills in OOP language, for example Kotlin programming experience is equivalent to Java experience
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with academic or personal projects in backend/server-side development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or REST APIs
- Exposure to distributed systems or robotics-related projects
