Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Robotics Engineering Student (3rd year of studies) to join our robotics team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role for a motivated, team-oriented student who wants to gain real-world experience building complex robotic systems alongside experienced engineers. You will support the design, development, and testing of our core robotic platform, working closely with our software, hardware, and algorithm teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining software for autonomous robotic systems
- Write clean, well-structured C++ code under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support integration and testing of robotic systems, including real-world deployment scenarios
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to build technical judgment over time
Requirements
- Currently in the 3rd year of a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electical Engineering from university
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience with C++ (mandatory)
- Availability for part-time work (typically 2–3 days/week) alongside studies
- Experience working in Linux environments — advantage
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) — advantage
- Coursework or project experience with autonomous systems, motion control, or computer vision/perception — advantage
