We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, visibility, and execution across our global commercial & GTM activities.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, owning CRM, pipeline visibility, reporting, and go-to-market execution. You will play a key role in improving commercial performance, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling scalable lead generation and deal execution processes.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining analytical rigor with operational execution in a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot)

Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking across regions and segments

Events planning, organizing and support (workshops, webinars, trade shows..)
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support decision-making by the VP Sales.

Ensure opportunities, leads, and activities are accurately recorded and tracked.

Marketing materials - maintaining updated materials and sharing with the relevant teams
- LI support – creating the posts for sales and c-level personal pages.
Lead & Campaign Management

Manage and track inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

Ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up by Sales or Business Development.

Maintain accurate campaign tracking within the CRM.

Data gathering – for articles and data sheets
Marketing & GTM Execution

Plan and execute webinars, workshops, trade shows, and customer events

Manage invitations, logistics, tools, and post-event follow-up

Track ROI and pipeline contribution from each activity

Maintain and distribute up-to-date sales and marketing materials
Digital & Outreach Support

Support LinkedIn and digital outreach activities (company and leadership presence)

Assist in building structured outbound campaigns with Sales/BD

Monitor engagement and contribute to pipeline generation initiatives
Commercial Coordination

Act as a central operational hub between Sales, Marketing, BD, and Solution Engineering

Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and commercial materials

Ensure alignment across teams on pipeline, campaigns, and priorities
Requirements
-
3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Marketing Operations.

Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Experience with LI and BD tools (such as LI Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc)

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced Excel / reporting capabilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Professional English – Must; French or Spanish – an advantage
