Design:

  • 负责冶金热工设备（如冷轧处理线）相关流体设备和管网的平面布置，各流体系统的管道设计工作及材料表的编制，管道现场安装和调试等工作；

Be responsible for the layout of fluid equipment and piping system related to metallurgical thermal equipment(e.g. processing line), pipeline design of each fluid system, preparation of material list, installation and commissioning of pipelines on site, etc.;

  • 熟悉合同，了解合同的供货范围、供货要求等，积极消化技术规格书，确保按技术规格书要求进行设计；

Understand the scopes and requirements of contract technical specifications and ensure the design / technical specifications meet its requirements.

  • 按质、按量、按时完成所承担的设计任务，技术规格书、请购单、发图清单和设计变更等的编制；

Accomplish design / technical specification / Purchasing request / Delivered Document List / modification requisitions according to project requirements, quality and schedule.

  • 分包商技术规格书的确认；

Validate technical offers from suppliers.

  • 及时准确地对制作及安装现场出现的问题给予解答，并提供必要的技术交底；

Support design coordinator to solve the non-conformities during manufacturing and erection.

Communication

  • 与项目经理、设计协调人的配合及联系，提出并努力解决设计过程中所遇到的问题；

Cooperate and keep in touch with design coordinator; raise and solve the problems during design.

  • 在部门安排下，为公司内部其他部门提供技术支持；

Provide technical supports for other departments in company under design office arrangement.

Must

  • 熟悉并掌握相关专业知识，能独立完成相关的设计工作

Proficient in relevant knowledge; ability to accomplish design independently;

  • 熟练使用AutoCAD及通用计算机软件 ，及业务需要的三维软件；

Experienced in using AutoCAD and other office software, and 3D software necessary for working position.

  • 英语四级以上，英文阅读、书写熟练，口语表达能力强；

CET4 or above, good command of English language in reading, writing and speaking;

  • 有上进心，学习能力强，工作认真负责，有条理性；

With desire of advance, quick learner, responsibility, be methodical.

  • 较好的沟通能力，具有团队合作和敬业精神。

Good communication skills, team player and professional dedication spirit.

  • 能出差并能承受一定工作压力。

Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel and to go on site when required by business.

Education

  • 本科以上学历，热工或暖通等相关专业毕业；

Bachelor and above, specialty in thermal engineering and so on;

 Experience

  • 2年以上流体管道设计经验，有在设计院或工程公司工作并从事冶金设备设计工作经验。

2-year experience in fluid/pipe engineering design with working experience in design institute or engineering technology company in metallurgical fields.
